Grilling Steaks

  1. Prepare charcoal for grilling. When coals are medium, ash-covered (about 30 minutes), spread in single layer.
  2. Season beef (straight from refrigerator) with herbs or spices as desired. Place on cooking grid directly over coals.
  3. Grill according to chart, turning once. After cooking, season beef with Eden Meat Market's Meat Seasoning, if desired.

Gas and electric grill brands vary greatly. Please consult your owner's manual for grilling guidelines. All cook times are based on beef removed directly from a refrigerator.
